Shipping
We ship within one business day (Monday through Friday, excluding UPS and/or USPS holidays) for all in-stock orders completed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Most other orders ship within two business days. (You will be contacted if there is a delay in the shipping process for any reason.)
We offer UPS shipping for all regular shipping options: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Some of our individual products exceed size limitations for standard shipping with UPS. These products are marked in their description along with the freight service fee. Also, if your order exceeds 150 lbs., the kind cashier will only offer you Freight Shipment options: please contact us for a custom quote. We may ship with UPS or a Freight Service, depending on your total order weight, your delivery address, and your requirements for delivery. Freight shipments usually ship within 2 business days.
All orders are shipped in specification protective packaging. Every item in your order is inspected for quality before we tender the order to the delivery company, but we cannot control issues during shipping. Please notify us immediately (see [8] below) if your product appears to be damaged and we will make your order right.
Please rest assured that our primary goal is your satisfaction with your purchase. Our business is built on customer satisfaction.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to return. Please include your order number in your return authorization request. We may call you to confirm the details of your return.
- Please make your return authorization request within 10 calendar days from the order date.
- Please follow the instructions in your return authorization email.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund and contact you with the details.
- We do not accept returns for customized products (i.e., your printed logo on a table cover or chip set) unless: the customization of the product was in error, the item was damaged in shipment, or the customized item is defective.
- Damaged Items: If your order appears to be damaged upon arrival, you must inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery, then contact us immediately. All orders are shipped in specification protective packaging in order to avoid shipping damage; however, we cannot control items in transit.
- Defective Items: We inspect all items before shipment and take great care in doing so. However, if your order has a defective product, contact us immediately upon discovery of the product defect with details.
