How quickly will my order ship?
We offer same business day shipping for in-stock domestic (US) orders completed by 1 PM Eastern Time. Most orders with Canadian shipping addresses will ship the same day when completed by 1 PM Eastern Time. All orders ship within one business day, and each order has our utmost attention throughout the shipping process. If there is a problem or delay in the shipping process for any reason, we will contact you.
Will I receive notification that my order has shipped?
Yes! You will receive notification that your order has shipped along with tracking information for your shipment (if applicable). The notification will be sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
Some international shipping options do not provide a tracking number; however, our international customers will still receive an email that the order has shipped, as well as any other details related to the order.
